Shipping
What shipping methods do you offer?
Kindly note that there may be short delays in shipping and delivering your order due to peak holiday shopping season and industry supply chain challenges.
We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Some orders may take up to two weeks to deliver based on factors outside our control.
The basics of standard shipping
  • Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days from our warehouse Monday – Friday. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders may not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
  • Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Standard shipping is free if your order meets the free shipping minimum. If your order is less than this, then a shipping fee will be charged.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with the tracking link.
  • Please note that we cannot process orders for PO Box addresses.

Delivery Charges?
Delivery charge are applicable on orders below INR 500 and additional charges for cash on delivery (COD) orders. Delivery charges and COD charges are not refundable in case of return of such orders.

Do you deliver outside India?
No, We only ship within India

Orders and Tracking
where is my order?
We will notify the customer by mail once the parcel is dispatched with the tracking detail.

do i need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes, It is advisable to create an account for better shopping comfort.

Is there any minimum limit to place an order?
The minimum order value for free shipping was Rs.500. Orders below this amount will have additional shipping charges of Rs. 50.
COD orders below Rs. 500 will have additional COD charges of Rs.35
Please note: The shipping charges and COD charges collected during order delivery below Rs.500 will not be refunded when a return request is placed, only the product value will be refunded.
The maximum amount for which orders can be placed for COD is Rs. 500. This amount is fixed to provide the best possible shipping experience to our customers who place individual orders.

how do i know if an item is in stock?
It is always mentioned in the product details.

How do I cancel my order?
Order could be cancelled only when the fulfilment status is "Unfulfilled". Send an email to care@wosco.in with the order number from the registered email. Please mention order cancellation in the subject line to act quickly.

Payments
what all payment methods accepted?
Indian Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), Net Banking from top 50+ banks, UPI (Web Collect & UPI Intent), Online Wallets, EMIs (Credit/Debit Cards & Cardless)

is there any option for cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery (COD) was available for maximum order value of Rs.500/-. Additional COD charges applicable for such orders. COD payment option is available only in select PIN Codes. Verify PIN code serviceability before placing an order.

is it safe to use my credit card online at wosco.in?
At wosco.in, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.

Cancellations and Returns
What is wosco.in cancellation policy?
All orders are eligible for  cancellation only when the order fulfilment status is "Unfulfilled". Send an email to care@wosco.in with the order number from the registered email. Please mention "order cancellation" in the subject line to act quickly.

When will I refund after after order cancellation?
For payments paid through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of order cancellation.

Can I change shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Address could be changed when order  status is "Unfulfilled". Send an email to care@wosco.in with the order number from the registered email. Please mention "shipping address change" in the subject line to act quickly.

Can I return the ordered products?
The products purchased on wosco.in can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Post this, return is not allowed. Also, for the return to be valid, products must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, polybags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags and gift boxes. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. This may be checked by our executive in our warehouse.

We make sure that your orders are verified & perfectly packed when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit. However, it goes through multiple touch points at our logistics partner before reaching you. We urge you to not accept any tampered / unsealed packages. Also, we humbly request you to share a parcel opening video footage without pause & cut along with the claim for any missing product/damaged product.

We request you to self-ship through India speed post or a reliable courier service & we will credit the shipping costs in your source bank account provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us on care@wosco.in giving your order id to help us track your order

The courier charge amount mentioned on the receipt should not overshoot the sender-destination-service combination and shall be cross-checked with the courier company

kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
 
Where should. I self-ship the Returns?
You can send the return to the same address from where it was dispatched. Kindly do not send it to any other address as the package would not be acceptable there. Please address the return shipments to the The Manager, address details of which can be found on your order invoice.

How will my refund be credited?
1. If you have placed a prepaid order, your refund will be credited to the original payment source. Once the return reaches our warehouse and passes the QC test Refunds are processed from our end within 24 hours. You will Receive Refund into your source account within 5-7 business days once we have processed the refund.

2. If you have placed a Cash On Delivery order,
You have a choice to get the refund credited to your Bank account in that case, we would request the bank account details

Please Note:
1. The account name should be the same as the order name
2. The refund will be processed only once the return reaches our warehouse and passes the QC test
3. The refund will Only include the value of the ordered items.
4. Shipping charges and COD charges paid during order placement will not be refunded.
